Wings&Bacon is a restaurant with 3 years of activity in one of the most outstanding gastronomic areas in Cali, Colombia. Its growth rate already provided clues to start franchising and extending operations. However, this challenge required a total review of its brand, developing a fresh language style, and a new set of visual communication elements complete and robust, ready for this challenge..

Objetives
  • Design a scalable visual identity, which is practical to apply in the franchises of the project.
  • Rethink the visual identifier, with more personality and authenticity.
  • Propose a recognizable and easy-to-implement brand personality, fundamentally in the work team and customer service staff.
Focus

Proposed the identity system supported in a strong digital implementation and a low-budget physical deployment, but with a high level of differentiation. The brand personality and the treatment of the product image played a fundamental role in achieving this.

Every man needs
to have a"parresiastes"

One who uses parresias, called the parresiastés, is someone who says everything he has in mind. A person that does not hide anything but completely opens his heart and soul to other people through his speech.

We seek to find that convincing and challenging personality, but yes, empathetic. Who doesn’t have a friend like that? To do this, we decided to give some examples…

The logo

Simple, versatile, and fun. It represents a game that invites you to decipher the isotype, the metaphor between the wings and the marrano.

Wings&bacon is an explorer. Your goal is to conquer new limits, discover and experience a world out of boredom.

He’s boldly honest, says everything he has in mind connecting with his empathy. His personality is convincing and straightforward.

Two classic typographies, with a modern, daring, and changing color palette. Always honest, saying and doing what it is. Pantagruélicas descriptions to illustrate to the diner what is going to eat, with images and words, provoking, delighting, convincing. … yummy!

The Manual

We developed an extensive but precise and detailed manual of how the system works, its voice, the language, the colors. … Everything is ready to be franchised. Doubts, questions? It is solved even in the smallest detail, honoring the preparation of its incredible flavors.
