Description

WeKall is a technology-based company that offers an IP-PBX telephony service in the cloud. What is that? It was the first question we asked ourselves and the first one we started solving…

Objetives
  • Rediscover the company and connect the points that have made it strong in the business communications market.
  • Identify its audiences and build a visual identity that allows them to differentiate and position them within the market segment.
  • Engage a visual identity of global reach, ready for expansion at the regional level.
Focus

Communicate clearly and accurately to all stakeholders of the brand, the sector, and the type of service that the company offers: Enterprise Telephony in the cloud.

The logo: The voice as a concept

We start from the main input that the company has and with which most human beings are born: The voice.

Its visual representation, made in infinite ways, but that coincides in a sinusoidal curve, infinite, of which we finally appropriate and couple with the two consonants of the name of the brand.

Brand Architecture

We defined a logo that would allow us to incorporate the set of services offered by the company. Those services are WeKonnect, WeProtect, and WeKall, the latter is represented as its main asset. We generated two versions that would allow consumers and new users to associate the name “Konnect”, “Protect” and “Kall” with the icon that we defined for each service.

Color palette

We radically changed the color palette. WeKall previously had a scattered palette, close to red, black, and yellow. However, the benchmarking of the sector, allowed us to understand that it was an opportunity for the company to associate itself with cooler colors, close to the most well-known technological ventures globally.

Typography, graphics, and symbols

We decided to strengthen the most important benefit of the service: reports. With them, the user obtains complete and detailed information of how their telephony is working and in what way, it is reflected in the investment made.

To do this, we opted for typography ready for the digital world, clear, precise, and legible. We develop a set of scalable and adaptable icons for digital and printed formats; finally, we detail all the types of graphs necessary to make the reports a comfortable editorial piece, easy to interpret, and above all, incorporated into the company’s identity system.

WeKall City

Paths, structures, and mechanisms were associated as a metaphorical tool to count all the benefits offered by this service. This way allows us to update the system much faster and above all, it is more familiar to users, this service is a complex mechanism to understand.

Implementation

The visual
identity manual

Being a young company with staggering growth, it became necessary to write in detail the scope of the visual identity system and capture all the strategic development that we jointly develop with the company’s team. It was complex work but very easy to understand and implement.
