Nilsson Cajamarca is one of the most prolific and talented animators in Colombia. He commissioned us to create the logo for his personal brand, aiming to establish a more professional and organized way of presenting himself to more demanding clients.
We’re trying to bring together his two big passions: Capoeira and animation. We did some deep interviews and really listened to his stories to connect the dots that aren’t obvious. What service do we suggest? Our LogoE plan.
As expected, Nilsson had been building an identity based on his personal preferences and some traits related to his process. Pencils, rulers, pixels… were common elements coming together to form a logo, but it eventually had some issues with reduction, especially in digital formats.
So, we focused on listening to his story, and two concepts emerged, as we mentioned before: Capoeira and animation.
Once the logo was nailed down, we tackled the graphic materials, covering the usual communication elements like business cards, quotation formats, invoice design, the layout for the work schedule, and of course, the template for presenting his creative process.
All of this, with a minimalist touch, a steady color palette allowing the client to focus on conceptualization and the process, without being bogged down by unnecessary distractions in a demanding identity.
